:- 1.0 out of 5 stars from Ros -- Defective and No Proper Instructions : Poorly machined one pipe doesn't allow the opening of the joint adapter to align with the other adapter's opening in one of two vertical pipes. I've tried to replace this pipe with others in vain. This is frustrating after waiting for so long to receive this item. If I do not get the part in a reasonable amount of time, I will return it. Previously, I purchased this item (48" version) and assembled it after agonizing two hours. The assembling itself is simple, but installing can be nightmare, as a few things (orientation, drywall anchor, …) are likely to go wrong unless you are very careful in despite of its deceivingly simple design. These must be written clearly as warnings in the instructions, which is practically non-existent. ( Reviewed in the United States on July 28, 2020 )

I bought this to go behind a toilet at 9.8 inches it would have been great but it sticks out 12 inches with the piping. It's not that it doesn't look great once it's put together but the problem is they're lazy manufacturing process. For some strange reason they chose to weld the middle of both of these racks because they come already assembled. However, they leave the ends completely free spinning so nothing lines up. You have to use plumbers tape in order to get them to stop at the right point. Why not just weld the whole entire unit together? No seriously why not just weld it together you could have saved me countless moments of stress by just tack welding the rest of it don't tack weld half of it. It's a lot of holes and wall anchors that are included. Very sturdy but is lighter weight than i had imagined. The pipe is not the standard black pipe, but a light weight version.
